What testers get

Practitioners who take part in the beta phase receive 20 % off for two years from the official launch, on a monthly or annual subscription as they prefer — that is €31.20 a month instead of €39. The standard price applies afterwards.

How it works

  • Step 1

    You request access

A short form, an answer within 48 hours. No appointment is needed beforehand.

  • Step 2

    Your setup is prepared

Practices, examinations, nomenclature codes and tariffs: we put them in place with you.

  • Step 3

You use Patiflo in real conditions

For several weeks, on your own consultations. A call can be arranged along the way to adjust the setup and answer your questions.

  • Step 4

    Official launch

Expected in one to two months. You then decide whether to continue, with 20 % off for two years.

  • After that

You carry on, with nothing to redo

Moving from the beta phase to the official version leaves your installation untouched: your practices, codes, tariffs, patients and consultation history all stay in place. You pick up exactly where you left off.

Frequently asked

What practitioners ask before starting

Am I committing to anything by taking part?

No. The beta phase is free and you can stop whenever you like. The 20 % discount for two years stays yours if you decide to continue after the launch, without any obligation to do so.

Does Patiflo send the claims to the insurance funds itself?

No, and we say so deliberately. Patiflo keeps track of what has been billed and what is still pending, but actually sending it to the insurance fund still goes through your usual channel. You keep control of that step.

What happens to my patients' data?

It stays under your authority. You are the data controller; Patiflo acts only as processor, under a written data processing agreement that you accept at first sign-in. The data is hosted in Switzerland, with Infomaniak, and you can export it or ask for its deletion at any time.

What if I move to another practice?

Nothing changes in Patiflo. The account is yours, not the practice's: your past consultations stay in your register, and you simply carry on recording those of your new workplace. That is precisely what sets Patiflo apart from a practice's own software, whose access ends the day you leave.

Patiflo tracks your consultations and your billing; it does not replace the patient record, whose keeping and retention remain your responsibility — as does compliance with the rules of the institution where you work.

What happens to my data if I stop using Patiflo?

You export your entire history whenever you want, and that Excel file stays readable in any spreadsheet, without Patiflo. For as long as your account is active, your history is kept with no time limit.

If you end your subscription, or if payment is not made, your account is closed: you can no longer record new consultations, but you keep access to the full export for six months. After that, the data is permanently deleted, and you are warned by e-mail beforehand. The habit we recommend is still to export your year every January.

Do I have to change scheduling software?

No, and that is not the point. Patiflo sits after the calendar: you keep your practice's own and simply import your lists. The import adapts to the way your software exports its data — for Progenda, reading is already fully automated, and other calendars are added as requests come in.

That is one of the reasons the beta phase exists: every practitioner arrives with their own way of working, and Patiflo adapts to it rather than the other way round.

Is the application available in Dutch?

Yes. Patiflo is fully translated into French, Dutch and English. Each practitioner picks a language when creating an account and can change it at any time. Calls and guidance sessions, however, are held in French or English.

Who can take part?

Any independent practitioner working in Belgium and billing consultations day to day: GPs and specialists, physiotherapists, dentists, nurses, among others. The form asks for your field of practice, which lets us check that Patiflo fits the way you work.

How long does the beta phase last?

Several weeks. The official launch is expected in one to two months, depending on the feedback received.

Do I have to re-enter everything to start?

No. Your patient lists are imported from an Excel file, with column matching proposed automatically. If you have a history, we migrate it with you during the setup.

What happens to my data at the official launch?

Nothing changes on your side. The setup and the data entered during the beta phase are kept: practices, examinations, nomenclature codes, tariffs, patients and consultations. There is no reset and no new installation.
